I am so happy to hear that you guys got my letter! This time really fast! I hope that Kody enjoyed his little note! I really enjoyed the notes that were in my package! He is really good at spelling!
Also I cannot believe that school is starting so soon. Time really flies! It doesn't surprise me that the kids are excited and meanwhile Megan is not haha! But that is okay I know how she feels! :) Also the 1970 mustang sounds super cool! I have only seen one mustang since I have been here and it was fairly new! So Kody will enjoy that!
Well the news this week is that I will be leaving :( changes are on Wednesday and I am going to a new area called San Pedro! Which I guess is across the country and also its more jungle! Its a Unity so we meet in a members house! This will be pretty crazy, I had to receive travel arrangements through a double-decker bus! Honestly I am pretty sad. I really am going to miss a whole lot of people here! But time to go I guess! I also am going to miss Elder G! This chump is going to stay here until he returns home in October so he is really happy! haha not but there is some good to this change! The Lord has called me to be the District Leader so I am humbled and excited to learn and help the missionaries!
According to Elder G I can enter the Temple with the AD Family even if I leave! So that will be exciting! But we will see because I will be far away!
The AG family is doing well also! And continue with the date of August 9th! So it will be super exciting for them!
The Q family is doing alright! We had a promise from them to attend church this Sunday and they didn't show up! Recently we taught them about the Plan of Salvation and that thanks to modern day prophets we have eternal perspective! In other words we know where we came from, why we are here and where we are going! They thought it was interesting and wanted to ask their pastor about it! So that was interesting!
I am glad that you could use some of what we talked about in your visiting teaching! That is really cool! I hope that they understood it and are now applying it :)
Mosiah 2 is an awesome chapter that we assigned some of the members last week to read! I personally like it because King Benjamin isn't chastising the people, they are righteous so there is little room for chastising! But I love it because King Benjamin really had a way with words and conveyed his message plainly and simply! But there are a lot of key verses that you have highlighted mom :) so now the assignment this week is 2 Nephi 9!
Well this week was good for me! I am excited to start a new chapter in the mission but really sad at the same time! I have grown a huge love for some people that I can call me family! Some of them are really sad also haha but I have to do what the Lord wants me to do! So here I go and you will hear all about it next week! :) I love you all and pray for you!
